The 2016 Chevrolet Camaro is so close, you can almost hear it. Actually, you can.
Chevy revealed these days that the sixth-generation sports car will be presented at Detroit’s Belle Isle on May 16th.
A couple of official facts regarding the car have been revealed, however, it’s widely predicted to be smaller, more compact and lighter than the latest model, and offer a turbocharged 4-cylinder turbocharged engine choice, together with the 6.2-liter LS3 V8 presented in the Corvette Stingray.
Spy and teaser videos of the car experiencing track testing suggest it’s going to feature a familiar, but refreshed design.
The Detroit debut is targeted towards the car’s biggest fans and will most likely have a collection of several of the greatest models from its half-century history on showcase, members of the sixth-gen developing team on hand, plus a Camaro-only parking lot for the owners.
If you are interested to attend, you can RSVP at thecamarosix.com, where you can also grab a ring-tone of the car’s engine at full boil, or just listen to it on YouTube till May.
