Dodge will double Challenger and Charger Hellcat production next year

You all know that Dodge actually sold out all of the 2015 Challenger and Charger Hellcats, it’s really impressive, I know. They even cancelled its outstanding orders for the high-demand models. That how badass is the company.

We already said that with this move they are hoping to help drive big markups for cars that are still at the dealer lots. Some of them even pushed the asking prices for some vehicles over $100,000. Due to high demand, and the company didn’t meet the needs of its consumers, the FCA’s Dodge division will be increasing production for 2016.

It is expected that the production for their high-powered models will generally double next year.
The news was made official after it was clear that company wouldn’t be able to keep up with the orders for its 707-horsepower muscle cars in the whole North America.
And we already know that existing orders for the 2015 models will be cancelled, but for their patience those customers will be receiving a discount on the price of the next-generation model.

There clearly a resurgence of popularity of the American muscle car and with this we can surely say that this powerful muscle genre in the automotive industry is not fading.

Besides strong sales at Dodge, the people at Ford are also seeing strong sales with their Mustang, and at Chevrolet’s with the Camaro.
What is also interesting the new, a powerful and efficient technology allows the manufacturers to deliver vehicles that deliver power as the Lamborghini Aventador V12 that is priced equivalently as the BMW M3.
